By using the Tiffinly platform, you agree to comply with all terms. Tiffinly acts as a platform connecting users with verified home chefs and delivery partners. Users must provide accurate information and use services legally. Tiffinly reserves the right to modify services, pricing, and policies at any time.

We collect user data such as name, contact details, and address for service fulfillment. Your data is securely stored and not shared except with chefs, delivery partners, or as required by law. Users can request data deletion by contacting us.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after preparation has started. Refunds are only applicable in cases of:

• Wrong item delivered
• Missing items
• Food quality issues

Complaints must be raised within 2 hours of delivery. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Orders are delivered within defined time slots. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions. Tiffinly is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control. Delivery confirmation will be provided upon completion.

Tiffinly is a platform connecting users with home chefs. Food is prepared by independent chefs and Tiffinly is not directly responsible for preparation. Users consume food at their own discretion.

Users can subscribe to weekly or monthly meal plans. Pause and skip requests must be made in advance. Last-minute cancellations may not be accepted. Subscription charges are non-refundable once the cycle starts.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
